Hello, expectant parents! I’m Charlotte Brielle- a full-spectrum doula, perinatal social worker, and the Executive Director of Wombs of the World. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of supporting birth and postpartum journeys around the world, and Preparing for Parenthood is the culmination of those experiences and insights. This course is my heart’s work. My vision is for you to feel not only prepared but genuinely excited to give birth. I want you and your partner to feel confident, flexible, and empowered, no matter what comes your way. Birth is unpredictable, and that’s why we’ll cover both the practical, the magical, and the deeply personal- so you can embrace this journey, grounded and informed. I believe birth is more than a physiological event. It’s a rite of passage, a powerful, transformative experience for both the birthing person and partner. Blending evidence-based practices with personal insights (and a bit of my woo-woo), this course treats birth as both a practical and sacred journey. Whether you’re planning your birth, prepping for postpartum, or deepening your connection to your baby, this course has you covered. From mental preparations to hands-on techniques, each lesson is designed to be digestible, and leave you inspired, informed, and empowered. Together, we’ll celebrate birth as the beautiful, messy, miraculous event it is. Step by step, I’ll guide you with knowledge, compassion, and a touch of humor, so you feel fully supported and ready to welcome your little alien—I mean, baby!
