PRE-ORDER: Becoming a Birth Doula

All things birth! This course gives you a grounded understanding of how labor works and what the body needs. You will learn anatomy, the hormonal flow of birth, comfort measures, positioning, nervous system support, advocacy, and presence. You will also learn how to support birth across settings and cultures with a trauma aware and globally informed approach. You will leave this course with clarity and confidence in your ability to support the physiology and ceremony of birth.
