Wombs of the World Learning & Membership Terms

By purchasing a Wombs of the World product or enrolling in a Wombs of the World membership, you agree to these Terms.
Educational Products
Educational Products are one-time purchases such as courses, trainings, workshops, certification pathways, and other digital learning experiences.
The specific content, access period, support offerings, included resources, and pricing for each Educational Product are described on the applicable product page at the time of purchase.
Because Educational Products generally include immediate access to digital materials, all sales are final unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Enrollment, participation, or payment does not guarantee certification, professional credentials, employment, insurance recognition, or any specific outcome.
Membership Products
Membership Products are recurring subscriptions that provide ongoing access to educational content, community spaces, mentorship opportunities, professional development resources, and other member benefits.
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled.
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Cancellation prevents future recurring charges but does not refund payments already made.
The specific price, billing frequency, benefits, resources, community access, mentorship offerings, loyalty benefits, and included content applicable to your membership are displayed on the applicable product page and checkout page at the time of enrollment.
Membership benefits are available only while a membership remains active and in good standing.
Loyalty Benefits
Certain memberships may include loyalty benefits that are earned through continued participation.
Where offered, the eligibility requirements and benefits will be described on the applicable product page and form part of the membership offering.
Membership interruptions of up to ninety (90) days due to financial hardship will not affect accumulated progress toward an earned loyalty benefit unless otherwise stated.
Billing & Payment
By enrolling in a Membership Product, you authorize recurring charges using your selected payment method.
If a payment cannot be processed, access to membership benefits may be suspended until the account is brought current.
Wombs of the World may update membership pricing in the future. Active members will receive advance notice of any pricing changes whenever reasonably possible.
Lifetime-of-Product Access
Where offered, "Lifetime-of-Product Access" means access for as long as Wombs of the World continues to support and offer the applicable educational program.
If a program is permanently discontinued, Wombs of the World will provide reasonable advance notice whenever possible.
Community Standards
Participation in Wombs of the World communities, discussion groups, mentorship spaces, and live sessions must remain respectful, professional, and supportive.
We reserve the right to remove access to community spaces for conduct that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, disruptive, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with the values of the community.
Removal from a community space does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.
Changes to Products, Benefits & Terms
Wombs of the World may add, modify, or discontinue supplementary benefits, community offerings, educational resources, or membership features from time to time.
Any loyalty benefits that have already been earned will continue to be honored.
Material changes to pricing, core benefits, or these Terms will be communicated to active members whenever reasonably possible.
Continued use of a product or membership after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Compassionate Accommodations
We understand that unexpected life circumstances may arise, especially within birthwork communities.
Students and members experiencing significant hardship are encouraged to contact us.
Any accommodations, pauses, extensions, or exceptions are offered at the sole discretion of Wombs of the World.
